The only good thing bout this place is the playground and the maintenance workers are nice people in the office lazy will try to write you up for anything and try to raise your rent in the process no sidewalks for kids to walk safely and they say that they have to do the concrete work but won't your kids trip over the cement in front of the house or watch for the cracked concrete underneath the porch making it unlevel because the people in the office would rather fix there gardens up front at there office before they fix the park
Rent is too high, keep increasing it for what I never knew. Purley a business, the family aspect keeps fading.
There are people, in random places throught the park just sitting or standing on street courners for hours for what reason? I have no idea! The mobile homes are right on top of eachother. The streets never get plowed in the winter. Too many shabby" run down homes. Very expensive on lot rent. Kids, dogs and cats are running around, unsupervised constantly. Loud music at all hours. We have lived in this park for about 5 yrs and can't wait to move on!
Only been to the club house, no wifi at the club house, practically pushed us out and we're rude
Have been begging for them to fix our driveway for eight years because it becomes a dangerous sheet of ice every year during the winter no matter how much salt we put down and it still is not fixed and they harass you over every little thing including your lawn even though they say they are supposed to provide grass seed they don't and damage done to the house from not putting it on the property correctly, our house has a crack down the center and can't keep a screen door on because of that damage and they refuse to take care of it and the skirting was never installed properly, worst of all they have reduced their services to almost nothing and yet keep increasing the lot rent, don't get stuck here if you have a choice!!!
