Had garbage disposal change in September. Invoiced for higher than quoted, when called immediately back to the technician, he acknowledged misunderstanding for having two trip charges and should be corrected. Since correction wasn't adjusted, called back at the Aaron Swift office, spoke with Niomi, the manager few times to find explanation difference between amount quoted and invoiced. She refused to check, as invoiced was paid in full. Later spoke with Jerry, the owner refused as well to check and mentioned my calling for explanation or correction is their waste of time.
