I have a 90 gallon tank that's been up for a few weeks so I decide to go get some fish and they say I'm only allowed 3 of any type of fish at a time. I came back a few hours later and they said I already bought some and REFUSED TO SELL ME MY DAMN FISH. Also the woman manager is rude.
The employees are incredibly nice, but the woman manager is incredibly rude. Has no idea how to run a store. Never buying here again.
Pretty standard for a pet store. Clean, friendly staff, AND if they don't carry what you're looking for they will do their best to put in an order through their distributor for whatever you need. They have pretty good coupons and "membership" rewards which are free.
