Watch out for the staff, they are not friendly and do no go out of their way to help you or even do their own job. I highly recommend checking out the other storage places in/around Romeo. Much friendlier service and cheaper!
Called and asked if they have propane and was told they have it and can fill my tank. Get here and no one in the office and there is a walkie-talkie on the desk to call someone. Was told that there machine is down. I figure they are to lazy to fill it or no body talks to the other. Not very good business!!
If you're looking for propane at this location make sure you call first! Apparently, Michigan requires a certification to fill tanks and there are times that the only person working is NOT certified. Returned home with empty tanks.
Considering I have read and reviewed all the reviews, I was a little hesitant on renting a storage unit and a truck to move some important items in. However, showing up and talking to the two girls behind the counter was a great experience and was very informative. The manager (name slipping my mind), was very helpful in weighing my options for the best course of action. All the rules were put on the table and was very informative. All I can say is thank you for the wonderful experience and I would very highly recommend them.
Update: I'm told the staff is now certified so we shouldn't have this problem any longer. Updated rating as a result.
The manager Stephanie House is the most IGNORANT and disrespectful person I have come across in my whole entire life. You could not pat me enough money to ever step foot into the uhaul facility again. My vehicle was broken into, and she told me it was my own problem. Don't let fenced In property fool you, Stephanie leaves the gate open all day everyday! BEWARE
