Very unprofessional and not talented! We ordered a cake 2 weeks in advance for my child's birthday. Tony assured us his shop was capable of the design we desired. He called us 1 hour before we were supposed to pick up the cake to tell us his fondant artist called in sick and he could not provide the cake we wanted. He still assured us they could provide a similar design without the fondant. We had no choice with only 4 hours until our party. When we picked up the cake we found a terrible looking cake not even remotely close to what we asked for. Additionally, Tony was not even present to apologize, and instead left his poor associate to talk to us.
