I hope the experience grows and becomes something like Hocking Hills in Ohio were you can go on several different tours and ride Segways.
You're holding onto steel cable lines so may want to bring some weight training gloves if you have them but they sell them for $6. I didn't wear any and you don't need them in my opinion. My wife didn't wear any but said next time she will bring her training gloves.
This place is awesome!!! We had so much fun! Our instructor/guide Patrick was humorous and very helpful. :) We had a ton of fun and even got to do two of the challenges again because the other people were so far behind and it was my friends bday. We will be back!!
Went on a zip line adventure today!! The zip line was great but they also had a cargo net and three crossings. I really couldn't do the cargo net, staff had to use some type of pole to propel me across.
I wasn't scared but I was hyperventilating. I was shocked when they said I couldn't say Uncle, that I had to do two more crossings and the zip line before I could opt out of the adventure.
The extreme parts were my favourite bits especially the Tarzan swing - the drop before the slack kicks in made my heart skip a beat but I had to go back round to experience it again.
Pretty cool experience. Very nice staff. Well organized and very safe. Much more physically demanding than expected but a great time.
Also, the amount of water on the course was laughable. The cups were those Solo triangle things.
I didn't read the waiver ( who does?) but the event is marketed to all fitness levels. Thank goodness that I'm reasonably healthy so that I didn't collapse or have a heart attack.
I told the staff that I had had a good time but had serious safety concerns. They appeared to listen and promised to pass it along.
I walked back to the office with my harness on because they didn't help me get it off. They had the same Solo cups for water. They gave me a small Gatorade but didn't have a granola bar or anything similar.
I stopped after the first part. I didn't give up. I made a wise choice. I really loved the zip line. I'm not sure why they don't have a course with just zip lines.
Exciting, exhilarating, and fantastic time to be had here. Had a great time with family and even those that were in our group. It's great to see everyone rooting for each other on the different challenges. Book it! You won't be disappointed.
Nice to have something like this close to home. Had a great time with the family and will definitely be going back.
